وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ [٤]
E não aniquilamos cidade alguma, sem que ela tivesse prescrição determinada.
